After Work Self-Care: Simple Tips for Relaxation

You work hard, you have earned the right to relax as hard as you want. Notice what I did there? No? Anyway. as massage peeople, 'playing hard' is not our style.we relax hard, that's how we be, and you can be like us too. 

Okay, so you've hard quite a busy workday/week, or not, you can get just as tired from a boring job, and you want to spice up your day, here are a few tips to help you unwind.  
 

Take a Bath. 

 Dont just lie on the couch first thing once you get home, taking a shower can make you feel even better after a stressful day. If you've been sweating, it'll freshen you up. If you've been working with chemicals, it'll clean them off your skin. Plus, it helps keep your private areas clean from pee and poop from the day.  

Change into Comfortable Clothing 

Once you finish bathing, Slip into a comfotable, soft fabriced clothing right away. Let's admit it, nobody really likes hanging out at home in their work cothes. You should wear whatever feels the most comfy to you. Keep the fancy work clothes for when you're actually working.  
 

Forget About Work

This is hard, but please do. It's important to make some time for yourself to just sit in silence, no phone, radio, tv, a plus of you can shut the kids too.  Try this for 10 minutes a day everyday, to start with. 

Do Something You Enjoy  

Now that you are relaxed, do something you enjoy. Whether that is listening to music, preparing a meal. ordering take out, watching yout favorite show, Tiktok etc... 

You want to set a timer for this; Don't overdo it, remember you have to get a good night's sleep to have a productive day tommorow.  

Repeat it all over again tommorrow.
